Yes, all our interns are integrated into the salon and closely supervised by our experts, ensuring both service quality and an optimal experience for our clients.
Services performed by interns are offered at reduced rates compared to our usual prices, which benefits both the interns and the clients.
After your service, you will receive an email inviting you to complete a satisfaction survey. You will also have the opportunity to leave a testimonial that could be used to promote our services.
Send an email detailing your educational background, your achievements, your passion for hairdressing, and your desire to join Didier & Rosalinde, and attach your CV. After initial selection, candidates are invited to observe the salon’s operations for a few hours and participate in an interview.
We primarily look for candidates who are passionate about hairdressing, demonstrating motivation, perseverance, and patience. Technical skills can be acquired during the internship. Experience has taught us that good maturity helps to integrate more easily, therefore we only collaborate with candidates above 18.
Internships usually last 2 to 3 years. Although a job at the end of the internship is not guaranteed, high-performing interns often have career opportunities with us.
Training in the salon is mainly practical. Interns start by working on models under supervision before moving on to real clients, while continuing to receive external theoretical and practical training from recognized brands.
Interns are paid and benefit from flexible but rigorous working conditions, in accordance with social legislation. The work environment is familial and supportive, with continuous support from the team.
